Fundamental Studies, Distributive Studies, Advanced Studies and Diversity 

*students have the option to choose one course which can fulflill two requirements:

  • distrbutive studies combined with a diversity core
  • advanced studies core can also fulfill a technical elective (below) if chosen from a related major as defined by the department.

The University allows an exemption for ENGL 101 based upon a Verbal SAT score of 670 or above. More details on core policy and exemptions to ENGL 101 are available on the CORE website.
