Mr. Elliott recieved his Bachelors of Science in Engineering from the University of Maryland. He teaches high school Technical Education classes in Montgomery County Maryland. He was the team leader of the 2003 Human Powered Submarine team, which won it's class at the 7th International Submarine Races.
