Technology Transfer

One of the major goals of the CHP Project is to create a means to promote technology transfer. Establishing the CHP Integration Test Center allows on-site training for operation of CHP equipment, optimization and integration of new technology, and creation of a test bed available for future gas technology concepts.

Semi-annual consortium meetings are also held to allow consortium partners to gain updates on current research activities within the CHP Test Center, provide feedback and advice, and guide future research efforts.

In addition, workshops are occationally held to promote technology transfer to the CHP industry in general. A CHP Workshop entitled "The Potential of BCHP" was held on September 13, 2000.
