CHP Team

The CHP Integration Test Center is conducted by the Center for Environmental Energy Engineering (CEEE) of the Department of Mechanical Engineering at University of Maryland. The CEEE is an internationally recognized research center rapidly becoming an international leader in research and education of environmentally responsible and economically feasible distributed energy conversion systems for buildings and transportation.

  • Patti Garland Oak Ridge National Laboratory and Program Manager for the CHP Inegration Test Center.
  • Mike Whitcomb, PE is the Energy Manager at Montgomery College and he is associated with CEEE and the project as an internal consultant. He has a tremendous expertise in installing novel energy systems in commercial buildings.
